Attorney Sills is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and the University of Connecticut School of Law. He resides in West Hartford with his wife and two sons. In his free time, Attorney Sills enjoys coaching his sons in youth sports. Attorney Sills is a prior certified basketball official as a member of the International Association of Approved Basketball Officials. He still plays basketball on a weekly basis and regularly participates in road races for charity throughout Hartford county.
